We created the Women’s Impact Network (WIN) for women in business who want to expand their networks, meet like-minded chamber members and guests, and learn about how they can be their best in their business and personal lives.
We have had three successful WIN meetings, which included an informational kick-off and a speech on personal brand by Tricia White of TWhite Creations and the Norwood Space Center. We also facilitated a very well-received Women’s Expo at URCC Chairman’s Circle member Plainridge Park Casino.
We would like to get your input about meetings that we could facilitate in the future. We really want this organization to be yours. So, we have a couple of asks.
- We are looking for ideas for speakers for our programs. Ideally, we would facilitate four meetings each year. You could suggest yourself or another female expert in your circle. We are open to all speaker and format suggestions.
- We are also looking for URCC members who would like to join the WIN committee. Since this is a fledgling group, we can mold it any way that will benefit our members.
